Do I need to pay legal fees and stamp duty to refinance my house?

You do not have to pay the legal fees, stamp duty and valuation fees as bank will absorb. We called it zero moving cost.

Can I cash out if I refinance my house?

Yes. You can.
Example: your house current value 1 million, loan outstanding 500k. We can do refinance 90% for you (900k).

Pay back to bank 500k and 400k cash out for your own usage.

If I didn’t use the 400k, bank will still charge me interest?

No. Bank won't charge you interest on the 400k unused portion. As we will recommend flexi loan for you.

Can I check my house / shop value?
